Our Story
The Wagners have been producing syrup on the farm since 1977 constantly improving the sap gathering, boiling, and processing of various grades of Maple Syrup from Amber, Dark, and the coveted Very Dark Syrup.
Our Products
Producers of all-natural Maple Syrup and Maple Products for 3 generations selling predominantly at local Farmers' Markets. Producers of various grades of Maple Syrup, Maple Candy, Maple Butter, Maple Jelly, and Maple Sugar all from the farm.
Where and how you can purchase our products
You can find Wagner Maple Products at the Saturday Peterborough Regional Farmers Market in downtown Peterborough, Thursday at the Lakefield Farmers Market, and at The Food Shop in Peterborough.
What Makes Us Unique
The 97.5-acre farm is situated on marginal agricultural land perfectly suited for the production of bold flavored maple syrups.
