Our Story
We are a small ecologically focused vegetable farm. We grew up surrounded by this beautiful area, and after spending years travelling and living elsewhere, we decided to grow roots again back home.
Our Products
We specialize in high quality cut salad greens. We grow a one cut type lettuce that has a superior crunch, taste, texture, and appearance, then baby lettuce mixes available from food service providers. Another fan favourite is our arugula, and spinach. Our harvest/post harvest handling procedure of these greens ensures the freshness far beyond anything else available conventionally, with our lettuce having a shelf life of 2-3 weeks properly stored. We grow lots of herbs that are in high demand, Basil and parsley especially. Our hoop houses allow us to grow a variety of hot crops earlier than other farms. Tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, eggplant, cucumbers, and Italian roasting peppers. In the field we grow other standards like onions, specialty potatoes, garlic, radish, carrots, cabbage, salad turnips, leeks, and a small selection of different brassica.

Focusing most of our energy into just a few crops, crops that our land loves growing, allows us to maintain a consistent supply and quality all growing season.
