Deer Bay Farms

At Deer Bay Farms, we endeavour to apply sustainable agriculture principles to our farming practices, and to grow produce that will complement (rather than compete with) other local farms.

We grow apples, crabapples, corn, cucumber, eggplant, ground cherries, kale, muskmelon, exotic melons, sweet and hot peppers, ~8 varieties of potatoes, winter squash including Delicata and Honey Nut, field tomatoes, ~10 varieties of cherry tomatoes, tomatillos, watermelon, zucchini and other summer squash (eg. patty pans). We also sell preserves and sweet apple cider made with produce we grow on the farm.

Find us at the Bobcaygeon Farmers’ Market on Saturdays.

Usually our produce is ready around the middle of July.
