Olympia Restaurant

A downtown Lindsay landmark, the Olympia has been serving families since 1906. Established 116 years ago, the Olympia Candy Works made chocolates, ice cream and candies on site for four decades. Totally transformed into a modern full service restaurant today. The Olympia has always purchased local food and products over the century. Present owners and operators; Nicki and Costas Dedes take pride in using fresh and local products where possible. Customer awareness and demand has increased over the past fifteen years. Owner Nicki hears from her clients how much they enjoy knowing they are consuming product that are local, fresh and made with care by our famers and producers.
